Title IX

TMSA PCS prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates. TMSA PCS complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).  TMSA PCS does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).  Individuals may report concerns to the appropriate school Title IX Coordinator.
