Principal’s message
Welcome to TMSA Triad Elementary — a school where growth, leadership, and excellence come to life every day!

As I celebrate my 36th year in education, I am beyond proud of what we have accomplished together as a school community. This year marks our fourth consecutive “Award of Excellence in Growth” — a testament to the incredible dedication of our teachers, students, and families. Our school report card is at its highest level since our inception, reflecting not only strong academics but also a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement.
We are thrilled to announce that TMSA Triad Elementary has achieved Leader in Me Lighthouse Status and is now on the path toward becoming a Leader in Me Legacy School. This achievement showcases our school’s deep commitment to leadership development, personal accountability, and collective success.

At TMSA Triad Elementary, we believe in growing leaders from within. Our staff, families, and students embody our culture of continuous growth and collaboration. We are deeply thankful for our dedicated teachers who bring passion and innovation to every classroom, and for our families who partner with us to nurture excellence.
When I think back to where we started — 250 students on 16th Street — and see where we are now, I am filled with pride. TMSA Public Charter Schools have grown to include campuses in Cary, Apex, Charlotte, and Concord, and our model continues to expand across North Carolina and beyond.
TMSA Triad Elementary is truly a place where growth happens — for students, staff, and the community. Together, we are building a legacy of leadership, learning, and excellence that will inspire generations to come.
With Tiger Pride and Gratitude, Best Regards,
Mrs. Diane Burke
