Leadership Day at TMSA Triad Elementary

Today, April 17, 2026, was an extraordinary day at Triad Math and Science Academy Elementary as we proudly hosted our Leadership Day—an event that truly reflected our commitment to developing confident, responsible, and successful students.

 

The day began at 9:00 a.m. with a beautiful opening ceremony followed by an exciting parade, where the energy and pride of our students set the tone for a memorable experience. Guests were warmly welcomed by each grade level and invited into classrooms to participate in interactive activities that showcased student learning.

 

Throughout the event, visitors had the opportunity to see how our students actively practice the Leader in Me habits in their daily lives. It was inspiring to witness students demonstrating leadership through confidence, responsibility, collaboration, and teamwork—skills that align with TMSA’s mission to prepare students for success in a global and technology-driven world.

 

The celebration continued in the lecture hall with a student-led Q&A session, where students spoke with confidence about their growth as leaders. A meaningful gold medal presentation followed, recognizing student achievements and their dedication to excellence.

 

Our Broadcasting Club also played an important role in capturing the day’s highlights, conducting interviews, and documenting special moments.

 

Leadership Day was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly proud of our students for representing TMSA with excellence and embodying the values of leadership in action.
