Stay Connected with TMSA Triad Elementary

ParentSquare is our school’s main communication platform for keeping families informed, engaged, and connected to everything happening at TMSA Triad Elementary.

ParentSquare is an easy-to-use and efficient system that helps us build a strong and transparent connection between school and home, making communication seamless and accessible for all families. Through ParentSquare, parents and guardians can stay up to date with classroom learning, school announcements, and important events — all in one place.

What You Can Do with ParentSquare

With ParentSquare, you can easily:

  • Receive district, school, and classroom updates by email, text message, or through the mobile app.

  • View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events.

  • Sign up to volunteer or bring items for classroom activities.

  • Securely receive report cards, IEPs, and other important documents.

  • Message teachers and staff directly.

  • Read school newsletters, announcements, and reminders — anytime, anywhere.

ParentSquare is available both as a free mobile app (iOS and Android) and through any web browser, making it simple to stay informed on the go.

Activate Your Account

A ParentSquare account is automatically created for each parent or guardian once their contact information is added to our student information system (PowerSchool).

You’ll receive an invitation email or text message from TMSA Triad Elementary with a link to activate your account.

👉 Important:
Please use the same email address and phone number that you provided in PowerSchool. This ensures a smooth login experience and proper synchronization between the two systems.

Even if you have not yet activated your ParentSquare account, you will still receive school communications. However, to participate in two-way communication and to access confidential student documents, you must complete the registration process.
